It is a high-tech private enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of software and hardware in DLP related fields such as semiconductor maskless lithography, computational imaging, compression sensing, and 3D detection. The company's main products include F4500, F6500, F4100, F4300, F4320, F9120, etc. The company's products are widely used in industrial and scientific research fields such as semiconductor, PCB exposure, three-dimensional detection, and computational imaging.

The core of a digital micromirror spatial light modulator is a digital micromirror device (DMD), which is an optical semiconductor module and a MEMS chip. Each lens of the DMD can be deflected around a hinge axis by ± 10 °, ± 12 °, or ± 17.5 °, respectively. The DMD chip mainly regulates the rotation angle of each micro mirror on the chip based on different digital signals transmitted by the front-end circuit to the CMOS chip, so that the light irradiated on the micro mirror is selectively reflected onto the imaging surface for imaging. Due to the fact that the deflection of the lens is independently controlled by the underlying CMOS control circuit and the binary information of the lens reset signal, digital modulation of the optical field can be achieved. Due to the fact that DMD is imaged through micromirror reflection of aluminum coated films, which hardly absorbs energy, and is controlled by CMOS technology, it is far superior to other spatial light modulators in terms of light modulation speed, accuracy, energy, and efficiency. DMD technology is widely used, including spectral analysis, maskless lithography, three-dimensional measurement, naked eye three-dimensional display, holographic imaging, compression sensing, biological microscopy, SLA 3D printing, machine vision, and so on.
