The ultra large capacity DMD spatial light modulator adopts Xilinx high-performance FPGA and multiple solid-state hard drives (SSDs) working in parallel, maximizing the read and write bandwidth of image data, thus fully leveraging the advantages of fast DMD speed. According to the different application requirements of customers, 1T, 2T, 2.5T, 3T, 4T, 5T, 6T or 12T storage capacity can be selected, and communication interfaces such as Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, or USB 3.0 can also be selected.

Our ultra high speed DMD spatial light modulator adopts Xilinx high-performance FPGA design, supports USB 3.0 or Gigabit Ethernet or 10G Ethernet interface, uses DDR3 memory or multi-channel solid-state hard drive to cache image data, with 1-bit-16bit grayscale and frame rate adjustable, and binary graphics frame rate up to 11764Hz. At the same time, the product supports internal and external synchronization triggering, and precise synchronization with peripheral devices. Gigabit Ethernet is a universal interface in the industry, with good anti-interference and stability. At present, both Windows and Linux operating systems support this interface, ensuring the compatibility of DMD spatial light modulators. On the PC side, different devices are distinguished by different IP addresses, and real-time control of multiple DMD spatial light modulators can be achieved through upper computer software. Application: SLA 3D printing, digital lithography, single pixel imaging, spectral imaging, quantum imaging, high-speed DMD spatial light modulator not only provides multi-threaded DEMO control software, but also provides multiple DEMO codes based on dynamic function library DLLs, including DEMO versions in various programming languages such as C++, LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python, etc., facilitating customer secondary development.
